It happened to be raining on the recent afternoon when I opened my can of Amy’s Chunky Vegetable Soup, and I don’t know if that had anything to do with my experience, but the soup really hit the spot. The vegetables are cut in just the right sizes and retain a certain level of tasty freshness. The full flavor of the mix of vegetables came through perfectly. It was a hearty, delicious bowl of soup. Paired with some gluten-free crackers, it was a perfect way to watch a rainy afternoon begin. Since I’m on a gluten-free budget, I had to wait till the price worked for me, but it was worth the wait.
