This is a serious hamburger bun and should be able to handle most any amount of burgers and toppings you can pile inside. The bun is light and fluffy, but for my personal preference, it is too thick—so much so that the thick bread, which is a bit on the bland side, (delicious, mouth-watering gluten-free bread is hard to come by) and overpowers anything that ends up inside the bun. If you prefer a thick, chewy bun, this one is for you.
