Cream of Mushroom soup seems to be the universal can of soup to keep in a pantry for when you are hungry for a bowl of soup, or when a recipe calls for it.
This Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup was delicious! In fact, I loved it so much, I seem to prefer it to the memory of have of Cream of Mushroom Soup before I became gluten free. For my test, I ended up using the entire can of soup as soup. I didn’t try it in any of numerous recipes which call for this all-around casserole builder.
