The first time I tried Annie’s mac and cheese, I was a bit disappointed. I think I may have under-cooked the macaroni, and the cheese sauce didn’t really meet my expectations. I recently tried Annie’s Rice Pasta & Cheddar again, since a quick, simple, and delicious bowl of mac-n-cheese is hard to beat.
Annie’s mac-n-cheese uses rice noodles, which always seem to cook nicely, and I had better results with my last box. I sometimes to add extra things to my mac-and-cheese, such as tuna fish, but for this test, I decided to forego any additions so that I could get an untainted dish for testing.
The instructions are easy to follow, and the dish cooks up nicely. I’ll try Annie’s mac-and-cheese again sometime soon. Next time, I plan to add my usual “extras” and enjoy!
How did this mac-n-cheese work out for you?
