The pepperoni may be uncured, but your hunger attack certainly will be cured with this pizza from Sonoma. The crust, as advertised is thin and crispy. For me, it’s almost the perfect thin and crispy crust. The pizza also bakes nicely with lots of flavor. I almost always add my own additional toppings with this pizza, but it’s good as a pepperoni pizza right out of the oven. This pizza is smaller than some other frozen pizzas out there, which can sometimes be nice if you don’t have a lot of freezer space, as is frequently my situation. It’s just the right size for one person, with a few leftovers as a bonus. With the smaller size, comes a price that is less than with the larger pizzas, making it a great value!
Have you baked one of these pizzas? How did it turn out for you?
