The box says “Al Dente perfection in 13-14 minutes” and I agree. I love fettuccine. I’m certain that it is my favorite of all pastas. One test for me of an excellent gluten-free product is that unless otherwise informed, you never know that it is gluten free. When I explain to some people that I am on a gluten-free diet, I sometimes feel as though the news is treated with pity—as if to say, “I’m so sorry that you’re forced to eat that stuff.” So, when any gluten-free product, in my opinion, equals, or even surpasses, its gluten counterpart in taste and quality, then, my hat is off to those companies who produce fantastic products. The Barilla company is apparently very good at making pasta, and this gluten-free option for me, certainly did not disappoint.
