Canyon Bakehouse Ancient Grain Bread

Canyon Bakehouse Ancient Grain bread recipe includes Quinoa, Teff, and Amaranth. The bread has a nice, slightly different texture and flavor as a result and is one of several outstanding breads you can find at stores.  I’m a white bread kind of guy, but I do purchase this variety when I see it’s available and enjoy it.  I’m also a toast guy. I simply love toast and jam, and this particular bread makes a very delicious toast that enhances almost any jam or preserve.
