I’ve been enjoying Domino’s gluten-free pizza for years. Thank you, Domino’s, for making gluten-free pizza available! Pizza is one of my all-time favorite foods, so I was so very happy to learn that Domino’s offered a gluten-free option.
The gluten-free pizza is available only in the small size, and when you select this crust as you place your order on their website, you’ll receive a pop-up disclaimer that basically says it’s not guaranteed to be gluten-free—(I’m certain it’s because the gluten-free pizza is baked in the same oven as pizzas with other crusts.)
The crust itself is delicious, albeit a bit chewy for my personal likes, but a very small issue for someone who is so grateful to be able to enjoy a fresh hot pizza right out of the oven with all my favorite toppings.
I’ve discovered that there are plenty of local pizza shops around the country who offer gluten-free pizza, and I’ve had some local gluten- free pizzas that are absolutely delicious. As far as I know, Domino’s is one of the earliest nationwide pizza chains to offer a gluten-free pizza, and I’ve gratefully enjoyed many of them.
