Light, fluffy, and with just the right amount of toasted crispness out of the toaster, this is an incredibly delicious english muffin—equal, or superior to “regular” english muffins in my opinion. I purchased these at Walmart where the price was refreshingly very reasonable, with no huge gluten-free mark up. These are definitely becoming a staple in my kitchen.
