Great Value is the Walmart in-house store brand. The mix is relatively inexpensive (as gluten-free items go…) and makes a light, fluffy, and delicious pancake. I couldn’t really find anything about pancake mix to complain about. I recently served these pancakes to visiting family, without telling them they’re gluten free, and they had no idea.
