I’m not sure exactly how to pronounce this company’s name, but they make an incredibly good hamburger bun. This is a fantastic, well-made product. The bun isn’t too thick—it’s not so much bread, that it drowns out whatever you can put inside. The texture is superb. The bun doesn’t crumble in your hands while you’re manhandling your sandwich. I’m definitely impressed with these hamburger buns! This is another example of the high-quality, gluten-free products that are available these days.
