The directions are simple and easy to follow. The batter mixes up quickly and results in thin, easy to cook, light pancakes—just the way I like them! The box also contains directions for making waffles. I haven’t tried this mix as a waffle yet, but I imagine that the waffles would turn out to be very good, just as the pancakes are. This is one of my favorite pancake mixes.
