There’s nothing quite like the aroma, the unique southern taste (part cake, part bread, part grits), and the perfect mix of sweet and savory, all wrapped up in a comforting serving of cornbread. In my opinion, the Krusteaz team has made their gluten-free cornbread mix to almost perfection. When I served this to my wife for the first time, she couldn’t believe that it was gluten free, and now it’s always a favorite with practically any meal because cornbread compliments so many dishes, but is a great treat on its own, with a bit of melted butter and honey, it’s easy to think you’ve died and gone to heaven!
