I love the flavor. The texture is perfect. The cake bakes a little shorter than other cakes, but this is apparently not unusual with some gluten-free baking, as evidenced by gluten-free loaves of bread being smaller than their wheat counter parts. This was not a big issue for me. The cake was delicious, and I loved it and will definitely purchase again.
