Realgood Foods Lasagna Bowl

I picked this lasagna bowl up at Target recently.   It cooks quickly and easily in the microwave and is a grain-free lasagna. The layers of cheese are separated by slices of parmesan chicken log and the end result is unique, but it works for me.  The chicken layers were just a little bit difficult to cut through, but the bowl of lasagna itself, was satisfying and good. Definitely on my list for next time I’m at Target!
