I found this pasta at a local store that carries very few gluten-free products, so I was surprised to find this in the pasta section. I normally think of Schar as making bread products, so the pasta find was somewhat unexpected, and I was eager to give it a try.
The pasta cooked well according to instructions. I do have my gluten-free pasta favorites that I go to, but it’s nice to know there is this good pasta as another option,
