My wife bought a bag of these (regular, wheat) at an airport while on a recent business trip and she said they were very good, and when I recently saw the gluten-free version of these snacks stocked at my local Walmart, I decided to give them a try.
Upon eating my first one, I understood what the package description was implying—that this snack isn’t’ just pretzels, it’s a whole new cracker idea. These pretzel crackers are thin, light, just the right size, incredibly crunchy, and an outstanding cracker for just about any topping. My only complaint was that the deli-flavor that has been infused into the cracker, while delicious and enticing, was almost too overpowering for me. I found the cracker itself to be the right size, the right amount of crunchy, the right amount of just about everything, and I think that for me, if the flavor could be dialed back a little, to let the unique flavors of the cracker speak for itself, I would find them even more appealing.
