This is simply my favorite frozen lasagna—gluten free or not. Udi’s has achieved lasagna perfection, in my opinion. Each bite rewards with the satisfying, irresistible blend of sauce, cheese, and the perfect lasagna noodle. Even as a left-over-reheat, the original flavor, aroma, and enjoyment continue undiminished. My wife, who has no gluten restrictions, and who frequently and good naturedly accompanies me on many of my gluten-free diet adventures, agrees…this one is special.
