Veggies Made Great Spinach Egg White Frittata

Each Frittata is packaged separately and can be heated in the oven or the microwave. I opted for the microwave route, being the impatient person that I am, and 45 seconds later, a hot, delicious, frittata was ready.

The egg and cheese flavors come through nicely, but the predominant flavor is the vegetables.   Whether treat is healthy or not, I don’t know. I didn’t pay close enough attention to the label information, but it tastes like it is! This is a wonderful, delicious (and hopefully healthy) addition to your gluten-free food options.
