I grabbed these crackers from an Albertsons store nearby. While I’ve been able to try many different gluten-free crackers, this one was new to me, and the price was affordable.
The crackers have are made from rice flour and lentil flour, and the lentil taste and texture are hard to miss. The result is a cracker that has the crunchiness of a rice cracker, combined with the chewiness of the lentil flour. It’s a combination that works for me.
I tried the crackers with a variety of different toppings, including peanut butter, a home-made ranch dressing topping, and cheese. The cheese was my favorite, but the cracker worked with all toppings. I’ll definitely purchase again.
