Simple Kneads Quinoa Power Grains Bread

I found this at a mom and pop grocery store while traveling and I was eager to try out this bread. I’d never seen it before nor had I ever tried it. I was very impressed. I enjoyed the flavor. It was good in a sandwich or as toast. The loaf didn’t last long, which is a good sign that it was a satisfying bread. Now, I just need to see if I can find it closer to home! Do you like this bread?
