Simple Mills Organic Seed Flour Crackers

I purchased these crackers on a recent trip to a natural food grocer and was eager to give them a try. Maybe it’s an acquired taste, and I simply haven’t given it enough time, but I found myself having a difficult time to like these crackers. I tried them in soup, and with a couple of different toppings, but I couldn’t get past the somewhat unique texture of the cracker, which is likely a result of being made purely of seeds, I presume.

I’m going to be giving this cracker some more time, as I tend to not always trust my first impressions, sometimes—especially if I feel a strong positive, or negative response.  So, naturally, I’m very curious about your feedback.  Have you tried these crackers? What do you think?
