Banza Penne

Something new in the supermarket aisle—gluten-free pasta from chickpeas!  Being thankful for any new, innovative gluten-free product, I gave this pasta a try.  After a couple of boxes, I realized that the chickpeas just didn’t quite have the texture and taste that I was hoping for in a pasta.  I love new and innovative ideas and hope they find success.
