Crunchmaster Multi-Grain Baked Crackers

As with many gluten-free foods these days, without the label on the package, you’d never know that the food is gluten-free, and this is the case for me with these crackers. The multi-grain, (6 seed) crackers are a solid, crunchy, flavorful cracker.

Just as their name implies, they are very crunchy!  Once you’ve bitten into the cracker, you’ll often catch the subtle after-taste of some of the seeds used in this recipe. I think they are great topped with peanut butter, or other nut toppings, but they are equally delicious with cheese, and other cracker toppings. They seem to be readily available at most grocery stores. I rarely find them in the “gluten-free section” of the store, but they are frequently found right there with the rest of the crackers. I almost always have a box of these around.
