I found this at a local mom/pop market in my small hometown and decided to give it a try since the price was good. First, I tried it in some vegetable soup that I made, and I was very pleased with the results. The macaroni remained firm and delicious even after the soup had been stirred and re-heated several times as leftovers. My next test is to try it in homemade mac-and-cheese. Based on my results so far, I think it’s going to turn out just fine.
