Anytime the celebration calls for a cake, this is the mix I use. I never have to tell anyone eating this cake that it’s gluten free, and unless I tell them, they never know—or even suspect that this is anything other than a delicious cake made with regular flour. The cake comes out of the oven looking and tasting like any cake. The holiday sprinkles in the cake mix add a fun bit of color and taste and because of that, the cake pairs up nicely with almost any icing that you choose.
